Due to a miscommunication with their web provider, Sandy (the Columbia Florist & Nursery owner) did not receive my order until Mothers' Day morning. It had been placed 2 days before. She asked me if I'd be OK with the flowers arriving a day late. When I told her it was my daughter's first Mothers' Day, she assured me she would deliver the flowers that day. After a long day filling Mothers' Day orders, Sandy drove 1/2 hour out of her way to deliver my daughter's 1st Mother's Day flowers at 7:00pm. Now that's great customer service!

I ordered flowers for a friend who was recovering from an injury. I ordered it online from a florist near where it was to be delivered. I received a phone call saying that they did not have the color shown but would like to replace with something in a different color and ask my permission to do so. Very impressed that they would make that effort. My friend sent a video text showing the flowers. They looked beautiful.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
